Returns & Refunds

We're sorry if you feel the need to return any goods, but if you do, our policy is explained below.

Returns

In all instances, you must contact us by phone or email explaining why you want to return goods, as we don't refund items returned without prior agreement.

Once we have accepted your request, we'll provide instructions on where and how to return the goods.  You then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

Personalized items will be refunded only if they are faulty. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

Unwanted items

We will refund unwanted goods if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order,  provide proof of purchase and return them to us at your cost.


Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by damaging or mishandling them, such that we cannot sell them at the usual price to another customer. We do not pay your costs for returning unwanted items to us.

Faulty items
We offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to. We may not offer a refund if:

  • you knew an item was faulty when you bought it (e.g. sold as imperfect) 

  • you damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself or getting someone else to do it

Refunds

We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods. Remember that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
